These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Radha Designer And Boutique website (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or a custom order falls outside what we're able to make). An order is confirmed once payment is received or, for cash orders, once we've recorded it as such.
2. Custom Tailoring Orders
For custom and made-to-measure garments, the final fit depends on the measurements and preferences you provide us. We'll do our best to confirm details with you before stitching begins, but we can't guarantee an exact fit if measurements provided are inaccurate. Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, or fabric pattern between what's shown on the Site and the finished garment can occur, since fabric and handwork vary batch to batch.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change without notice, though the price confirmed at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order. We accept payment via eSewa, bank transfer (QR), and cash at our location. For custom orders, we may request full or partial payment before work begins.

5. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Intellectual Property
Photos, designs, and content on the Site belong to Radha Designer And Boutique unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or delays in order fulfillment beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bhaktapur, Nepal.
